What you'll do:

Parts manager will be required to develop and manage long-term customer relationships. Will develop and maintain effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction as well as outstanding procedure audits; take the lead in sharing best practices and implementing common processes throughout the department.  The person will have a good understanding of the market in the trade area including John Deere equipment and similar types of equipment. The Tucson store works with Golf & Turf, Agriculture, and Consumer Products customers. The successful candidate will have good problem-solving skills, seek multiple solutions, understand profit and loss statements, know how to plan and make budgets. Must be able to understand the importance of processes and willing to follow them but also be creative enough to initiate new processes at the appropriate time.

High integrity, loyal team player, excellent communicator, both written and verbal, organized, highly motivated, ability to multi-task effectively, stay organized and operate under stress.  Will oversee and manage the selling, receiving and delivery of parts and accessories; delivery of internal and external customer service; monitoring shortages and expedite processes; merchandising and overall organizational promotions.
